Terms of Use
Last updated 25 October 2026
These terms apply when you use BuzzPot: the website at buzzpot.win and the game that runs on the Solana network. By connecting a wallet or playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use BuzzPot.
1. What BuzzPot is
BuzzPot is a game played in USDC. Players join a room, each picks a number, and the lowest number that nobody else picked wins the pot. The rules are carried out by a public smart contract on Solana (E3uX7kUxFnENTKFC58HF2DsbYDekcgDzpjFNwaRVvVDi), not by us. The site only shows you the game and helps you send your own instructions to it. How the game works and what it costs is explained on the site and on the Fees explained page.
2. Who can play
- You must be at least 18, or older if the age of majority where you live is higher.
- You may only play where it is legal for you. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. If playing is not allowed where you are, do not play.
- We may limit or stop access to this website at any time, for example where the law requires it.
3. Your wallet and your money
- You connect your own Solana wallet. We never see or hold your wallet's private keys.
- The USDC you add to the game is held by the smart contract and shown as your game balance. You can withdraw your game balance to your wallet at any time. BuzzPot charges nothing for it, only the small network fee.
- The contract has no function that lets us take your game balance. We can only collect the fees the game has earned (see Fees explained).
- The contract can be upgraded by BuzzPot. Upgrades need the approval of more than one of our keys.
4. Playing a room
- Entry fees are paid when you join. A number you lock in is final.
- You must confirm (reveal) your number in time. If you miss it, you lose the room and your entry fee stays in the pot.
- If a room does not fill within its time limit (15 minutes at the moment), it is cancelled and every player gets the full entry fee back.
- Results are decided by the contract from the numbers revealed. Neither you nor we can change or reverse a result.
5. Instant play and several rooms in a row
- Instant play lets your browser hold a temporary key for a limited time (6 hours). It can join rooms and lock in or reveal your numbers, nothing else: it cannot withdraw your game balance. You can turn it off at any time and the SOL left on it is returned to your wallet.
- Several rooms in a row plays your rooms one after another on that key. Keep the page open until they are done. A room that fills while the page is closed is missed, and its entry fee stays in the pot.
- The key is paid for with SOL from your wallet. Some of it can be spent on network costs, including opening a room (see Fees explained). You accept these costs when you start.
6. Risks
You can lose what you play. Only play with money you can afford to lose. Wallets, networks and smart contracts can fail or contain bugs, the Solana network can be slow or unavailable, and USDC is issued by a third party whose rules we do not control. We cannot recover funds lost to mistakes, scams, lost wallets or network problems.
7. Fair use
- Do not use BuzzPot to break the law, to exploit bugs, or to cheat other players (for example by coordinating numbers with other players).
- In the chat, do not spam, post links or addresses, impersonate others or harass anyone. We may mute or remove chat users and change or refuse aliases.
- Do not share personal information in the chat. It is public.
8. Refer & Earn
Invite links record on the blockchain which wallet invited which player. Rewards are planned, not promised. They may change or never start, and nothing is paid out until it is announced in the game.
9. Our responsibility
BuzzPot is provided "as is". We try to keep it running, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from your use of BuzzPot, including losses from network, wallet or smart contract problems, from choices you make in the game, or from a page that was closed while rooms were running.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using BuzzPot after a change, you accept the new terms.
